Are prices in US Dollars?

Yes, all of our prices are shown in US dollars.

How do I navigate through this site?

Use the buttons located at the left hand side of the screen or click on the category that you would like to view. Once you are in a category, click on the individual section that you would like to view.

How do I order On-Line?

To order any products On-Line, you must click on the Banner that has the Bride Pictured on it. This can be found on our store main page.

The remainder of our site is currently set up as an On-Line Catalog. You currently cannot place an order directly from the Catalog Section our site. You can place orders On-Line using the Banner Link at the top of the page. We are a small company that is committed to offering you excellent customer service, because of this it is preferred that you e-mail us by following the ordering instructions located on the Store Main Page. A customer service representative will get back to you promptly. To avoid any delays, please make sure that your e-mail includes all of the information that is required. Our customer service representative is available most weekdays and our hours can be found on our site. You can also call us directly.

Do you offer a print catalog?

Yes, we do have a small supplement catalog with a portion of our items. However, if you wish to see our entire collection you must view our On-Line Catalog.

How soon will my order be shipped?

If your items are in stock, all non-personalized orders ship within 3 - 5 business days. Personalized items can take 2 - 3 weeks to ship. Rush personalization service is available upon request.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping costs for the On-Line Store can be found on the Banner Store Link. For items that you are having delivered to our Retail Location the shipping charges are incorporated in the price. Our Floral Candles are shipped from a separate manufacturer than our other products. Please note that if you are ordering Floral Candles, additional shipping charges will apply. We are located in Pittsburgh, Pa but all of our products including the Floral Candles ship out of California. If you are inquiring about a shipping cost, please make sure that you include your Zip Code in your inquiry.

How can your prices be so low?

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. The main reason that we can offer items priced lower than most of our competitors is because we do not currently offer on-line ordering. All orders are taken by our customer service representative. We started out as a Disc Jockey Service specializing in weddings. You can visit our home page to learn more about us. Our couples began to inquire about where they could buy various wedding related items. Originally, we decided to offer this service to our couples, but then decided to expand this service to help all couples. We understand that weddings can be costly and it is generally all of the little items that can add up quickly, because our main business is still our DJ service, we are pleased to be able to offer you wedding accessories at affordable prices.

What if I don't like my order, can I return it?

Most of our items carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us for a return authorization number and we will credit back to you the purchase price immediately upon the return of your authorized item. Products must be in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: You must call us for a Return Authorization Form

PLEASE DO NOT send anything back until you are given this form and the proper return shipping address. Any returns without the proper form will not be issued credit.

Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded to you and return shipping is the customers responsibilty unless the return is due to an error on our part.

There are no returns on personalized items, cameras, opened software, underwear or opened candy.

Once again, returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.

There will be absolutely no returns after 30 days.
